


Also, today marks the first time I've been able to do a decent camel pose in yoga and hold it for more than a millisecond. I'm very pleased, especially because what difficulty I had with it today had more to do with tiredness from yesterday's hike, I think, than it did with my muscles being tight. So yay!

I, too, successfully held camel pose for more than like one second yesterday - and was sore for the rest of the day to prove it! It's nothing to scoff at ...
